“Children in the world” promotes
a fundraising, which is necessary to finance a shipment of humanitarian
aids to Iraqi children. As a matter of fact children, who are
unconscious war victims, always pay the highest debt. War has
been won, but the price was very high. Now bombs do not fall
any longer, but do you think people are not dying anymore? War
has finished but a humanitarian emergence has begun and in Iraq
people need everything. We only think about water: mothers give
polluted water to their children and this can even cause death.
Food is not enough, even though western governments are undertaking
to provide it. American aids are enclosed into yellow packages,
and they look like those forbidden cluster bombs which have
been also used by the liberators and which children often mistake
for precious food to take home. Hospitals do not have enough
medicines. An adult person can endure pain much better than
a child and when children are hurt or ill, they have more probabilities
to die.
